"Changing my review from a year ago. Don't be jerks. Someone named Matt was rude over the phone and seemed put out by my call in general. Then he sounded annoyed at my request for new cards because they were already mailed and I wanted them sent via email since I purchased a new car. I was sent the WRONG cards after being assured that my old car was no longer on my policy, obviously that was a lie. I also don't appreciate being talked down to. I asked why my rate increased and was told its been that way for 6 months and you're just now asking? I always try to be respectful and nice but lately this seems to have people walking all over me. They also lied a year ago when they said to give them a 5 star review and they would send us a $20 gift certificate for a local restaurant. I don't care about the certificate, I never wanted it but my mom did. I do care about lying. Do not lie to me."
